Texas Rangers and Freemasonry:
Traditions with a Historic Connection

Fez loaned by Capt. E.G. Albers, Jr.

As the country’s oldest continuous law enforcement body, the Texas Rangers represent justice, virtue, and tradition.

Perhaps these values have prompted many Texas Rangers to participate in fraternal organizations, such as the Freemasons.

In honor of this significant connection, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum is offering a special $1 admission discount to Masons with their membership card during the months of May June and July.

During this time, visitors can view a small exhibit titled Texas Rangers and Freemasonry: Long Standing Traditions with a Historic Connection.  Objects having a connection to both the Texas Rangers and Freemasons are exhibited.
