We are excited to announce our new exhibit: Works of Art on Paper. For generations, artists have been captivated by the spirit of the American West. The Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum has works by many of these artists in its collection, including renowned western artists Tom Lea and Donald Yena.
It is displayed in Spindletop Tower inside the Armstrong Research Center. The exhibit features an assortment of two-dimensional artwork that embodies this fascination with Texas and the American West. Some of these pieces have been used as illustrations in books and other publications, while others have been owned by former Texas Rangers!
The Armstrong Research Center is open weekdays and included with regular museum admission.
